Where can I find the hours for the Thrift Shop? Weather closings?
Thrift Shop hours are posted on the “Shopping at the Thrift Shop” page.
The Council follows the weather closing policies of the Needham Public Schools…in general, if the schools are closed, the Council office, Thrift Shop, Food Pantry and all programs will be closed as well.
Where can I leave donated items?
Our donation site is located to the right side of our building as you face the front door. Click here for donation hours. Please do not leave your donations outside our door when the building is closed. Perishable food items should be brought directly into the Food Pantry.
Tax-deductible receipts are available inside the donation door. Donors are responsible for determining the value of their items for tax purposes. Click here for a list of estimated prices. The Needham Community Council provides this list for your guidance only and is not responsible for providing tax information.
Can I donate used medical equipment?
