With the uncertainly that the federal government shutdown created for many in our community, the Needham Community Council would like to extend an invitation to any Needham resident who might benefit from our services…may it be for a single visit or longer.
The Council can help with a variety of transportation issues and our Food Pantry is available to help anyone in need of food items for their Needham household…no appointment or paperwork is required at your first visit. The Pantry is open on Saturday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday from 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. The Council will be closed Monday, February 18th for Presidents’ Day .
We were happy to hear that the shutdown/furlough of employees has ended, but we know the problems it caused aren’t over…please know that the Needham Community Council’s mission is to help our Needham neighbors throughout the year.
For more information, please visit the Council website at www.needhamcommunitycouncil.org or call us at 781-444-2415.
